Delivery Information

Orders placed on San Martini are fully inclusive of Duties & Taxes for our customers in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and the European Union for peace of mind.

Shipping charges will vary depending on where your order is coming from and its destination, as we work with a variety of suppliers and partners.

Your order will be dispatched directly by each independent brand using San Martini delivery services; if you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-to-72-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. This is due to the variety of suppliers and partners we work with, and ensuring you have the best experience. Please note, this period can take longer during sales or other seasons. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48-to-72-hours, please contact us at info@sanmartini.net with your order number and issue, and we will happily help. 

An estimated delivery time for each brand shipment is provided in the checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery is usually made Monday-Friday. 

Returns

Returns are free of charge on all orders worldwide for peace of mind. To start your free return, please contact us to download your label within 30 days. Visit our returns information page for more details or contact us, using this form or at info@sanmartini.net, for support at any time.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order with the independent brand before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

We cannot cancel an order if it has already been prepared, but in this case we do still offer a free returns service. Please contact us to start your free return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Restrictions

The US Department of Transportation does not allow pressurized or flammable items to be shipped by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our Standard shipping option or our Premier service.

Due to these restrictions, these items cannot be sent to international shipping addresses at this time. We suggest that you select a different shipping destination within the US or contact our Customer Care team to help you choose an alternative.
